EZZ Steel, one of the fastest-growing steel producers in Egypt, is known for its technological advancements.

EZZ Steel has appointed BDO Keys Financial Advisory to perform a detailed valuation and assessment of a fair value for the shares.

The strategy also aims to reduce the ministry’s operational and maintenance burdens, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects.

In a filing to the EGX, the company stated that the decision was approved during a board meeting held on December 7, 2024.

This brings the company’s total investment in the project to EGP 1.5 billion (USD 30.25 million), as stated in an interview with CNBC Arabia.
