Introduction
You are invited to attend a three-day workshop focused on improving industrial security at facilities handling high-risk chemicals. Through this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to discuss security best practices with technical experts, identify vulnerabilities at facilities, assess threats, develop mitigation strategies, and learn strategies for promoting security culture at your facility.
About this course
This three-day course will promote management systems that enhance the adequacy and effectiveness of chemical safety and security processes, systems, and personnel. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions and group exercises that encourage the adoption of international chemical safety and security best practices. There will also be tours and a discussion of security practices at the American University in Cairo.
Logistics
Lunch will be provided at the venue during the workshop. Please provide dietary restriction information with your registration. There is no fee to attend this course and participants will be given a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion. A full agenda will be provided upon registration.
