Cairo Fashion and Tex is the first and only international exhibition specialized in yarn, textile, garment and it’s trimming supplies and accessories in Egypt. Cairo Fashion & Tex is an approved event by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry). An exhibition identified as an “UFI event” is a proof of high quality, thus providing exhibitors and visitors alike with the assurance of making a sound business investment.
Since its launch in 1993, Cairo Fashion & Tex has been organized twice annually, presenting Spring/Summer collections in March and Autumn/Winter collections in September, continuously supporting the growth and development of Egypt’s textile and garment manufacturing industry.
The exhibition is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and in collaboration with major industrial chambers and sector stakeholders, reinforcing its role as a strategic platform for the fashion and textile business community.
Cairo Fashion and Tex is held on a vast area of space (20000 m² to 40000 m²) at the CICC (Cairo International Conferences Center.)
Over the years, Cairo Fashion & Tex has welcomed official delegations, ambassadors, business leaders, and exhibitors from more than 20 countries including Turkey, China, India, Italy, Spain, Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, positioning Egypt as a regional hub for fashion manufacturing, textile sourcing, and export opportunities.
Today, Cairo Fashion & Tex continues to play a vital role in driving B2B partnerships, supporting local manufacturing, attracting international buyers, and creating new opportunities for growth within the global fashion and textile industry.
