In charge of devising strategic plans, and preparing investment proposals, budgets and operation plans for light gauge steel framing construction method. I was assigned to manage a real estate portfolio of LE 3.5-4 billion. Sourced and negotiated international suppliers and consultancy services to meet development plan. Prepared investment case feasibilities and strategies for different business cases. Set project financial model and devised project development plan including scope of work while managing all pre-contract activities for a major residential, touristic, and recreational development on the Red Sea (LE 900 +M). "Islands of the world” concept is based on dividing the project into three segments, each featuring a famous island around the globe.
