The experience gained over 18 years through the different roles; service delivery, operations management (Cambridge international PM), service management processes, and solution sales in multinational telecom flagship organizations (Alcatel/Nokia/Nokia Siemens Networks). The experience has been furbished not only with the assigned roles, responsibilities and participation in many projects in the region and RFQ/RFP/RFI responses but also with academic postgraduate studies and different courses in operations, management, and sales that helped me to widen my skills, experience and vision.
