Administrative Assistant at Bavarian Auto
- Keep constant contact and communication with her senior (Office Manager to the Chairman) wherever she is to report on a daily basis.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Correspond with the mother-company in Munich, other international companies worldwide, German companies and institutions in Egypt, local customers, dealers: in German, English & Arabic languages by telephone, classic script styles and e-mails.
- Follow-up tightly open and pending topics with numerous parties till conclusion.
- Put-down dictated reports, faxes, letters into script form.
- Fix appointments for Manager with both staff and external visitors.
- Arrange for meetings with external visitors.
- Translate documents: German / English / Arabic.
- Maintain database (directory of contact addresses, telephone, mobile, fax-nos., e-mail addresses) of people who are in continuous contact with the Manager.
Qualifications
- German School Graduate is a MUST.
- 0-1 Year Experience.
- Very Good PC Skills.
- Very Good English Language.
