FM Engineer for ECOTEL

1-Network Monitoring: identify the location and severity of the alarm or event and initiate recovery actions and notification procedures if required.

2-First line fault remote Diagnostics: provides the diagnostics capabilities to identify the fault or problem.

3- Remote Corrective Actions: provides remote corrective actions

4-Dispatch and Direction of FLM-Field Operation Staff

5-Schedule first line preventative maintenance activities checks, abnormality corrections, adjustments, tests, measurements, internal and external cleaning, surveys, as well as the analysis and replacement/repair of units, boards, components, modules.

6- Implementation of performance analysis recommendation analyze the network performance and decide the actions to be taken in order to run the network in its optimal conditions.

7-On-site system configuration rearrangement perform the system configuration rearrangements on-site under the guidance of Back Office support team.

Job Qualifications:
BSC Engineering from a reputable university - Dynamic & intelligent - Good interpersonal communication skills - Computer literacy - Good knowledge of GSM networks including 2G & 3G networks.

Experience with Ericsson not less than two years.
