Retail Sales Manager For American Mattress Egypt
• Strives to achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) written plan of action.
• Establishes a sales objective for the department each month and submit it to the Chairman / General Manager.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Maintains inventory control, logistics, delivery and displays.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Team.
• Recruits, tests and hires Sales Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by Senior Management.
• Assists Sales Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Supervise the sales floor to see that the sales floor operations functions smoothly.
• Maintains dealership standards. The Sales Manager will see to it that all the standards set for the Sales Department are met. This includes salesperson attendance, tracking, professional appearance and behavior.
• Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Handles all customer complaints customer related to sales department in co-ordination with the Marketing and Business Development department.
• Maintains a self development program constantly striving towards continuing professional growth and working to improve sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
Skills
• 5 years of sales management experience preferably in Retail industry.
• Strong communication and written skills, both in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Holder of Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent people skills.
