Job Description

Direct lead all staff engaged in process inspection.
Provide technical expertise & instruction to his subordinate.
Evaluate & assess on regular bases his team performance against their job requirement to development skills.
Set up his section targets to achieve Quality departmental objectives.
Ensure that all products under processing are produced according to their related specs.
Ensure the availability of all measuring equipment & inspection instruments needed for in process inspection
Ensure competence, accuracy, suitability, calibration, validity of all used measuring equipment and inspection tools.
Apply the quality liability & Quality philosophy to all production staff.
Apply the statistical tools for analyzing product related inspection and testing data.
Discus on daily bases with production manager & senior the product defects to prevent & reduce cause of defect occurrence.
Issue the inspection of in process products related documents (work instruction, inspection instruction, …etc)
Follow up & supervise all inspection activities & relating or affecting activities.
Report on regular bases to Quality Manager on in process products quality, cause of defects, repeated defects, suggestions and prevent recurrence.
Aware and implement the requirement of Q.M.S ISO 9001-2008 or equivalent.
Aware and implement the requirement of E.M.S ISO 14001-2004 or equivalent.
Aware and implement the requirement of OH&S management system OHSAS 18001-2007 or equivalent.
Monitoring and measure the defect & scrap related cost concerning in process product to continuously reduce bad quality cost
Use the six sigma as statistical tools to improve the process quality & release defects
Use the approach of learn manufacturing to control improve the in process inspection.

Skills

• Fluent in English language - litter in using MS office application.
Communication and leadership skills
• BSc engineering (mechanical or electrical) or BSc of science.
• Minimum 3 years experience .
