Contact Center Representative needed for Teleperformance
- Receive inbound customer calls, to achieve agreed targets and standards applied to the campaign/account, to resolve queries and complaints.
- Maintain customer requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of campaigns/accounts
- Takes personal responsibility for solving customer issues.
- Present a professional and knowledgeable approach on all calls and when speaking to clients
- Ensures communication (spoken and written) is accurate and informative
