Quality Control Analyst needed for Futuralabs

Job Description:

• Responsible for the implementation of sample management system
• Feed the system with the analysis data, generate relevant reports and keep necessary records.
• Analyze different process water samples and keep records.
• Perform different microbiological analysis for RM and FP according to the company official SOP, generate reports and keep necessary records.
• Ensure and check that the internal calibration procedures for Laboratory instruments and equipment according to the instruction provided by the manufacturers.
• Responsible for the implementation reagents, media, consumables inventory system at QC laboratory.
• Harmonization of applied analytical methods in laboratory with applicable compendia/pharmacopeias.
• Build up standard analytical methods documents for compendial analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
• Test, analyze RM samples and consignment to ensure compliance to the standards as well as finished products samples sent to clients and lots produced.
• Responsible for Micro Analysis.
