Responsible for the delivery of HR Country/HR Factory Services for an organisation based in one/ low complexity countries or high volume factory sites
1. For HR Country Representative:1. Leads the review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the country / factory, including compensation review guidelines (and negotiations) and benefits programs, working closely with the HR Country Committee. Leads local specific rewards projects in cooperation with HR Service Centre. 2. Drives the labour relations strategy in the country/factory. Acts as the main contact and representative with local unions in labour relations issues and agreements. Facilitates conflict management between managers and employees and recommends corrective actions.3. Advises local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes and country specific regulatory training. Acts as the main contact with local government authorities. Manages internal /external audits and labour suits, including interacting with internal and external counsels and representing Tetra Pak in court when required.4. Sets and governs policies and procedures within area of responsibility, including employment terms and conditions, in collaboration with the HR Country Committee.5. Secures legal compliance of HR processes and drives alignment with global processes where possible. Guarantees the resourcing process legal compliance. Facilitates companyinitiated termination process and secures legal compliance and governance.6. Supports HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement actions.7. Where appropriate for the role, acts as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Officer for the legal entities (with consultant support) in the country/countries or factory. Monitors or coordinates with the designated OHS officers the OHS performance for area of responsibility. 2. For HR Factory Rep:1. Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with SCO functional business partner. Could be required to participate in the recruitment process of Blue Collar employees 2. Where applicable and in alignment with the HR Country Representative, and if not centrally handled, guarantee the quality and application of the benefits, with a focus on the blue collar benefits package, and changes to the package. 3. Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours. Collaborate with Rewards team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and factoryspecific allowances 4. Drive labour relations in cooperation with the HR Country Representative and acts as the main contact with local unions to manage labour relations issues, agreements and represent the company for all demands. Manage regular agreements, grievances and in cooperation with global and SC rewards process managers manage annual salary negotiations. 5. Responsible for driving Performance Management of Blue Collar employees in line with DandMP process with a right mix of team and individual objectives to support Factory Performance / KPIs.6. Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labour Ministry and others. Represent the company in internal and external audits Manage labour suits and government audits. Interact with internal and external lawyers. May represent the company in court.7. Support the training needs based on IDPs and the training plan for the factory. May participate in (not lead) the WCM Training and Education pillar.8. Member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decisions making. Drive the Employee Engagement plan for the factory in connection with the SCO functional HRBP. Should collaborate with the safety effort of the site.
Skills
University Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in related role
