SAP Project Manager- Top Business Group

Job Description:
Manages internal and external escalations
Evaluation of support staff.
Key decision maker for process improvements.
Performs internal support process monitoring and reporting and ensures processing complies with policies
Makes sure of adherence to targeted service levels.
Ensures appropriate resources are available for incident processing on a daily basis.
Submit monthly reports to the customer and the support manager.
Approve and communicate improvement plan depending on the customer’s needs.
Manage on site visits.
Participates in the allocation committee

Qualifications:
Gender : Male
Age range : 25-30 years old
Years of Experience: 4-6
Bachelor Degree : Relevant Certificate
Experience Background : SAP Experience with an Egyptian Provider
