About the Job


  • Drafts and reviews contracts forms, as well as dealing with contractual documentations.

  • Reviews contract variation orders, estimate budgets, and review contractors and consultants interim payments.

  • Prepares and analyses tender documents.

  • Reviews, discusses, and negotiates the terms of the contract.

  • Identifies risks and develops risk mitigation plans

  • Ensures identification, documentation, submission of claims, and variations.

  • Drafts contractual letters to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractors, Government bodies etc.




Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree Civil or Architecture Engineering.



  • Very good command of English.



  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a must.



  • CLAC Certificate and Experience is a plus.



  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD, and Primavera.
