Job Description
- Has an understanding of shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated servers, and the addons related to them.
- Has to experience with WHMCS and FTS
- Prior experience selling web products or services to small businesses.
- Support territory account teams by fielding incoming sales inquiries, Qualifying leads and opportunities, and placing orders
- Respond to RFP’s, build quotes, and close web-based business
- Coordinate with all departments to satisfy customer requests such as parts orders, order status, contact review, etc
- Input customer information and maintain data integrity in CRM
- Perform demos, meetings, web calls, or conferences to explain our product and service offerings to prospects.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
