Assistant Plant Manager

Reporting Directly to the Plant Manager, this position will be responsible for:

- Assisting and ensuring that all quality and production requirements are met by supervising daily operations of assigned departments

- Building and maintaining an effective supervisory team, and analysing operations on a continual basis to improve costs, quanlity and service.

The successful candidate will seek to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations while consistently meeting production needs and requirements. Responsible for:

1. Production costs, quality, inventory control, shipping, receiving and staffing.

2. Communicating with internal and external clients.

3. Controlling costs.

4. Insuring product quality.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration At least 10 years working experience.

- Understanding of government regulations.

- Excellent verbal and communication skills.

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
