Head of Individual Banking

• To develop his/her Branch’s marketing and Sales strategies,
develop and ensure the execution of the branch’s Strategies in
accordance with, and to meet BNPP Global Strategy
• Supervising the Retail team in the Branch and ensuring the flow
of sales planning
• Replace and assist branch manager when on call or leave, with
awareness of all bank operation issues, and to ensure the spirit of
teamwork and Quality Service between branch’s staff, to achieve
the best result to maximize profitability of the bank
• University Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking Field
• PC Knowledge (Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Supervisory /Team work ability
• Strong Communication, selling & negotiation skills
• Excellent English Language
