Training Coordinator
- Communicate with service providers and IMC to ensure smooth work operation.
- Evaluate the material and check the instructor resume to ensure the effectiveness of conducting training course.
- Attend the training session to monitor the quality and the effectiveness of the training course.
- Communicate with trainees to spread the training feedback survey in order to analyze training quality and ensure it is aligned with training quality standards.
- Communicate with trainees superiors to gather their feedback on trainees' performance after their training in order to define training program evaluation.
- Develop effective communication channels across the company to transfer knowledge and awareness among employees.
- Set up all arrangements for internships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline, HR post graduate studies is a plus.
