Cairo ICT 2015 registration complete

After the great success of the 18th round of Cairo ICT 2014, Trade Fairs International announced that the registration for Cairo ICT 2015 is complete. The fair will be held between 13-16 December in Cairo International Conference Center in Nasr city.
Vice President of Trade Fairs International Hossam Saleh stated that the rate of participation this year is unprecedented with more than 400 companies as confirmed attendees. Participants include international and local companies as well as NGOs and government entities.
The importance of this event is reflected in the contribution that the IT and Telecom sector makes to the state budget which is about EGP 66bn.
Saleh added that the IT and telecom sector is steadily growing in Egypt, the sector recorded a 13% growth in 2014.
This year's fair is scheduled to discuss all that is new and challenging in the sector like e-payments, the Internet of things and smart villages. Representatives of technology providers and mega construction projects will be there to discuss planning, designing technology and environmental friendly smart villages.
Cairo ICT is the Egyptian International fair specialized in communications and Information technologies and satellites. The first round was held in 1996.
