Egypt advances in emerging economies university ranking

Egypt was praised for making great advances in higher education as proven by Times Emerging Economies University Ranking.
Suez Canal University was ranked at 114 followed by The American University in Cairo at 122 then Mansura University at 137 and Beni Suef at 148.
Overall, Egypt had 19 Universities on the list; a big progress from only 9 Universities in 2018 ranking, the majority of them are public universities.
The report praised Egypt for making a rapid progress in terms of number of students attending university as well as the joint programs with universities abroad that aim to provide higher quality of education that adheres to international standards.
