HAC Special Buildings Division awarded the construction of Allegria Phases III & IV - 01/06/2011
Hassan Allam Construction was awarded the construction of Allegria Phases III and IV by SODIC, one of Egypt’s most prominent real estate developers. Construction commenced on April 1st, 2011 and the project is today ahead of schedule.
In Allegria Phase III, HAC will fully construct 191 villas and townhouses, whereas in Allegria Phase IV, the scope of work includes all infrastructure works as well as full construction (core and shell) of 93 town houses.
The award of the contract for Allegria is one of a number of real estate projects currently being delivered by HAC on behalf of Egypt’s leading real estate developers. Through the HAC Special Buildings Division the company is currently building a broad portfolio of office complexes, private residences, museums and holiday resorts.
