Equipment for the production of multilayer pipes

We develop modern equipment for the production of multi-layer and composite pipes, fittings, materials and products. We always go to meet the interests of our customers and create equipment of varying complexity: from simple equipment to high-tech systems using the most modern technologies. Our main activities are:

- Automated lines FARTROUVEN MLC for the extrusion production of multilayer pipes with aluminum or polymer barrier layer
The main features of lines are: simplicity of operation, “one button” automated start, economy.
Materials used: PE-Xb, PE-RT, PP-R, HDPE

- Automated lines FARTROUVEN MLSC for the extrusion production of weldable multi-layer metal-polymer composite pipes with high resistance to delamination.
To increase the strength of the of the connection between plastic and metal layers, a unique technology of plasma modification of the aluminum layer surface is used.
The composite pipes produced on this series of equipment are distinguished by their high resistance to delamination, strength and durability. Composite pipes are connected by inexpensive polymer fittings using the SCW welding method.

Thanks to the new extrapolation technology of extruder stabilization, high accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the pipes is achieved.
Lines are economical and easy to operate, “one button” automated start reduces start-up losses.
