Industrial complex for production of multilayer pipes and fittings for gas supply systems

We supply a "turn-key" industrial complex for the production of composite multi-layer metal-plastic pipes and fittings with diameters of 16-40 mm for gas supply systems.

The production complex includes:
- Automated line FARTROUVEN MLCS / 16-40 for production of multi-layer composite metal-polymer pipes PE-RT / Al / PE-RT (PE / Al / PE) with increased resistance to stratification with diameters 16-40 mm for gas pipes
- Set of injection molds for injection molding of modular PE-RT fittings
- Injection molding machines (quantity and model number is specified after the project is agreed with the Customer)
- Peripheral equipment (water coolers, feed systems, robotic manipulators, etc.)
- License

In accordance with the wishes of the customer, we will design the configuration of production with the optimal price / assortment ratio. Train the staff.

We will put the production into operation, we will provide a guarantee for 24 months, and we will carry out technical and technological support for 10 years.
