Abdel-Raouf Mokhtar is an international Egyptian engineer in the field of infrastructure of the region of Middle East, Africa, Europe and West Asia, he is one of the most important projects managers all over the world, he leads more than 20,000 employees from different nationalities and he developed a new style of management depends on the working man, by making every individual to be a manager himself, and to have the view of a manager and dividing the responsibilities into tiny parts with a total view, then to reproduce the final product with a complete flexibility.
