The Egyptian engineer Abdel-Raouf Mokhtar has been chosen as ‘The Best Engineer In The World’ in a worldwide ranking event of the International Infrastructure Council ‘IIC’, and he is the First Arab engineer included in the Wikipedia of Japan, also he is the first Egyptian engineer has been chosen from the Canadian government to lead its projects in the region of Middle East & Africa with the cooperation of the Egyptian government The Egypt – Canada Infrastructure Council ‘ECIC’. Mokhtar is handling more than 48 mega projects in parallel, divided into three continents: Africa, Europe and Asia with a manpower of about 62,000 of engineers, technicians and administrates, with a budget of USD 134 billions. Abdel-Raouf Mokhtar is a unique projects manager, and he wrote many books in infrastructure field. Also he is participating with a multinational team to modify the municipal codes of the Eastern Europe and Africa regions to comply with the international infrastructure codes. Mokhtar lives in Egypt and refuses to live any where else.
