How do we properly use hydraulic breakers, there are some suggestions
1.Check bolt and connection loose prior to operate the machine, inspect hydraulic pipe leakage or not
2. Don’t apply hydraulic breaker in the hard rock dig a hole
3.When the hydraulic cylinder is fully stretch or contract, don’t operate the hydraulic breaker.
4.Operator should immediately stop breaking operation when the hydraulic pipe fiercely vibrate, inspect energy accumulator
5.Prevent movable arm of excavator and breaking chisel from interference phenomenon.
6.Apart from chisel, don’t submersible hydraulic breaker chisel into water. Please apply our special water-proof hydraulic breaker for special underwater projection.
7.Don’t use hydraulic breaker to lift any material
8.Don’t operate the hydraulic hammer on the side of belt.
9.When we connect hydraulic breaker with carrier, the carrier hydraulic system working pressure must can match with hydraulic breaker technical requirement.
10.The temperature of hydraulic breaker oil is around 50~60℃, not over than 80℃5. Otherwise, should reduce the hydraulic breaker load.
11.Hydraulic breaker can use the same hydraulic oil as the main carrier machine, generally recommend YB-N46(summer time use) and YB-N68(winter time use). Hydraulic oil filter is not lower than 50 micron.
12.New or repaired hydraulic hammer must refill up the nitrogen prior to turn on the machine.
13.Apply Grease or compound calcium base grease for lubrication when install the chisel to cylinder.
14.The chisel must press on the rock or material, and keep pressure on the material, do not hang the chisel to start to impact.
