How to use TR hydraulic breaker without damage the excavator

1. Hydraulic oil mass and its pollution situation: hydraulic oil pollution is one main reason of hydraulic pump fault, so we should inspect the pollution of hydraulic oil timely (change hydraulic oil ever 600h, change filter element every 100h). The lack of hydraulic oil can cause hydraulic pump fault, hydraulic hammer piston and cylinder scratch, etc.
2. change oil seal timely: oil seal is a vulnerable part, we suggest to change hydraulic breaker oil seal after 600-800 hours work; the operator must stop the work when the oil seal leak, and change the oil seal, otherwise the dust is easy to enter the hydraulic system, destroy hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic pump.
3. Maintain the pipeline cleaning: rinse thoroughly when we install the hydraulic breaker pipeline, and butt joint with oil circuit; plug up the pipeline of hydraulic breaker when we change the bucket to keep the clean of pipeline. The enter of sand and other sundries will destroy hydraulic pump easily.
4. Use the superior TR hydraulic breaker: inferior hydraulic breaker will easily run into problems in many steps such as design, manufacture, testing and so on. It not only have high failure rate in use but also easy to make excavator destroyed.
5. Appropriate engine speed (secondary accelerator): the work pressure and flow demand of rock breaker is low (for example, the work pressure of 20 ton level excavator is 160-180KG, and flow is 140-180L/MIN), secondary accelerator is enough. If we use large throttle, it not only can not increase strike power, but also can cause hydraulic oil heating up abnormal, and make big damage to hydraulic system.
6. Correct gesture, frequency, quantity of add butter: must keep chisel straightly when you supply lubricating grease, and add every 2 hours: if we add lubricating grease when the chisel under dangling state, the grease will enter the strike chamber, the strike chamber will generate abnormal high pressure oil and enter the hydraulic system when strike, and damage the hydraulic pump.
