1、Hydrauilc breaker for mini-excavator can not keep beating more than one minute.
When beating hard rock, we should use hydraulic breaker beating one place no more than one minute, and then change to another please to go on beating. Long time beating operation will give rise to increasing oil temperature, thereby cause the wear and damage of steel chisel.
2、Hydrauilc breaker for mini-excavator can not work under water or mud.
Please do not use hydraulic breaker under water or mud, otherwise, valve or other similar part will rust, lead to the perpetual damage of hydraulic breaker. If under water operation is necessary, you should order the underwater type hydraulic breaker.
3、Please stop working when the hose of hydrauilc breaker for mini-excavator vibrates violently.
Checking if the high press hose and low press hose vibrates violently, if yes, there must be some fault, please stop working and maintain it. Meanwhile, the operator should check if hose layup greasing first, if yes, please retighten the layup. The operator should have strict requirements on himself, pay attention on the striking point at any time.
4、Stop working
Once the rock was crush please stop working at once. If hydraulic breaker continuous bank beat, the bolt will loose and breakage, even the excavator and carrier will get damage. When the hydraulic breaker beat improperly or use steel chisel as a ripping bar, the bank beat occurs.
5、Please do not let hydraulic breaker for mini-excavator fall directly to crush the rock.
If hydraulic breaker for mini-excavator fall directly to crush the rock, the hydraulic breaker or mini-excavator will bear overlarge power, this will easy to damage excavator and carrier part.
6、Please do not use hydraulic breaker to promote the weight or big rock.
Do not use backplate to promote the weight, this way will cause the break of backplate bolt and chisel, damage hydraulic breaker. And this is also the main reason of lazy arm fracture.
