Brief talk about the dedusting of hydraulic breaker working
Due to the material transport and equipment running, a mass of particulate matter will appear around the hydraulic breaker hammer when running, and bring many damage to the operator and equipment. We must separate the gas and solid of this dusty gas, to purified air. According to the character of dust, such as particle size, density, concentration, stickiness, hygroscopicity, static feature, this measure use gravity, centrifugal force, inertia force, washing, filtration, electrostatic precipitator to complete dedusting. Now we introduce as followed:
(1) Gravitational dust of hydraulic breaker hammer collection can dispose more than 100UM coarse particle, mainly used at rough dedusting or pretreatment of other refined dedusting. The operating mode is: impute the dusty gas to voluminal gravity settling chamber, reduce the gas flow rate, use the gravity to settling solid and separate from the gas.
(2) Centrifugal dedusting of hydraulic breaker hammer use the centrifugal force generated from gas rotational movement which is bigger than gravity, to make solid settling. The equipment is cyclong dust collector, common entrance velocity is 10-20M/S, and this equipment can gather the particle which have lower than 5UM diameter.
(3) Inertial dedusting of hydraulic breaker hammer can used on the solid-gas-separation more than 5UM. The dusty gas impact at the baffle of Inertial dedustor when orienteering baffling, and the solid are gathered due to the inertia effect. In order to prevent flyoff when impacting, user should not adopt high flow rate.
(4) Cleaning dedusting of hydraulic breaker hammer can make gas touch the spray water and gather internal solid. The common cleaning dedusting is impute the gas from the bottom, and the water sprinkle from the head, and carry on countercurrent washing.
