Solution
Do not impact
1.Air pressure of nitrogen chamber is too high.
2.Stop valve has been closed.
3.Hydraulic oil is short supply.
4.Flood valve is not adjusted well.
5.Tube is connect in a wrong way.
6.Oil inlet of air chamber
1.Adjust the pressure of nitrogen chamber.
2.Open the stop valve.
3.Fill the hydraulic oil to hydraulic breaker hammer.
4.Adjust the pressure.
5.Fastening or change.
6.Change O-rings of back cover or oil seal fixator.
Impact power is weak
1.The pipeline is broken or blocking.
2.Oil return of fuel tank lead to oil filter blocking.
3.Hydraulic oil is short supply.
4.Hydraulic oil is polluted.
5.Main pump did not work normal.
6.Low pressure of nitrogen chamber.
7.Low oil flow caused by the wrong adjustment of valve regulator.
8.Chisel is damaged.
1.Check the pipeline.
2.Clean the oil filter or change it.
3.Fill the hydraulic oil.
4.Change the hydraulic oil.
5.Contact to the manufacturer.
6.Full the nitrogen.
7.Adjust the valve regulator.
8.Take off the chisel.
Unstable impact
1.Low pressure of energy accumulator.
2.Damage of piston or valve.
3.Piston impact the air up and down.
1.Full the nitrogen, check the energy accumulator. Change jolting plate if necessary.
2.Contact to the manufacturer.
3.Take off the chisel.
Unstable movement of chisel
1.Wong size of chisel.
2.Chisel and chisel melt get stuck.
3.Neck bush and chisel get stuck.
4.Impact area of chisel and piston are out of shape.
1.Change a right size chisel.
2.Polish the chisel rough surface.
3.Polish the rough surface of neck bush, change neck bush if necessary.
4.Change a new chisel.
Impact power suddenly fall or pipeline shack.
1.Air leakage of energy accumulator.
2.Damage of jolting plate.
1.Change jolting plate if necessary.
Oil leakage of front shell.
1.Damage of cylinder oil seal.
1.Change a new oil seal.
Air leakage of back shell .
1.Damage of O-rings or gastight oil seal.
1.Change a relative new oil seal.
