We supply "turn-key" Industrial complex for the production of composite metal-plastic pipes and fittings with diameters of 16-40 mm.
The Industrial complex includes:
- Automated line FARTROUVEN MLCS / 16-40 for the production of multilayer composite plastic pipes PE-RT / Al / PE-RT with increased resistance to stratification with diameters of 16-40 mm
- Set of injection molds for injection molding of modular PE-RT fittings
- Injection molding machines (quantity and model number is specified after the project is agreed with the Customer)
- Peripheral equipment (water coolers, feed systems, robotic manipulators, etc.)
- License
In accordance with the wishes of the customer, we will design the configuration of production with the optimal price / assortment ratio. Train the staff. We will put the production into operation, we will provide a guarantee for 24 months, and we will carry out technical and technological support for 10 years.
The field of application of composite plastic pipes PE-RT / Al / PE-RT with increased resistance to delamination: water supply, all heating systems, gas supply, greenhouse heating, braking systems of wagons and much more.
If you plan to create a different production, we will supply extrusion equipment for the production of various polymer and multilayer composite pipes:
- Composite multi-layer metal-polymer (metal-plastic) pipes 16-110 mm (PE-RT / Al / PE-RT, PEX / Al / PEX, PP-R / Al / PP-R, PE-RT / EVOH, PEX / EVOH)
- Kevlar reinforced and UHMW PE flexible composite coiled tubing pipes for oil and gas industry
- Polyethylene pipes 16-1600 mm (HDPE, HDPE)
- Polypropylene pipes 16-110 (PP-R, PP-R / FG)
- Corrugated polyethylene pipes
- We produce injection molds for injection molding plastic fittings
- We will provide a comprehensive supply of equipment for pipe production with the supply of "turnkey" of varying complexity from one line to a large plant with a wide product line
Engineering, equipment supply and technical support of pipe production throughout the life cycle of the equipment.
