Sudan, Egypt agree on biannual Investment Forum

Minister of Investment, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail proposed holding a biannual Sudanese / Egyptian investment meeting in one of the two countries capitals to review the availability of investment opportunities and to follow-up the progress of existing investments.

Ismail discussed with the Egyptian Investment Minister in Cairo, Ashraf Salman, cooperating in joint investments, particularly agriculture, industry, construction, and animal wealth sectors.

Ismail expressed Sudan's desire to increase its collaboration in the free zones.

He emphasised the necessity of benefiting from Egyptian expertise in training and operating free zone areas.
