Tourism company signs letter of intent with global luxury aviation company.

Egyptian tourism company, Travco Group, has signed a letter of intent with global luxury aviation company, Alpha star, to provide the latter with funds and buy a 30 percent stake in it, Alpha star SA said on Sunday, according to Eikon.

The companies will cooperate and Travco Group will be the exclusive representative of Alfa star in Egypt, Jordan, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
