NBE launches first interactive teller machine in Egypt

Farouk explained that the machine’s use is to assure the bank’s keenness on offering the best banking services in the way that suits and meets the customers’ needs. It also assures the continuation of efforts carried out by the bank, to develop the network of distributing services and to support it by the most advanced technological means.

Farouk added that the timing of the launch of the ITM system coincides with the bank’s 117th anniversary celebrations.

Entering this machine on the Egyptian market is a great development in the field of technology used in the banks, Farouk noted. It allows the bank’s customers to have access to most of the bank’s services through auditory and visual communication with staff through 24/7 video conference capabilities.
