Next Move exhibit looks to entice middle-income market

Developers at the inaugural edition of Next Move Egypt exhibition, which runs from Thursday through Saturday at the Cairo International Convention Centre, will look to entice potential buyers with a range of cutting-edge apartment units, townhouses and community villas with attractive, flexible payment plans.

The first edition of Next Move Egypt, powered by Cityscape, will feature a 40-exhibitor list, and will reveal hundreds of real estate investment opportunities to prospective homebuyers.

Developers are expected to tout their latest residential projects before the larger middle-income market, with most developments located in Greater Cairo.

New Cairo continues to remain popular, as experts believe that reduced traffic congestion is the main reason for its popularity. The area contains a growing middle class and is set to become one of Egypt’s most sought-after locations.
