Egypt–Japan business forum launched in Tokyo

Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr inaugurated Tuesday the Egypt–Japanese Business and Investment Forum in Tokyo, a statement from the ministry reported.

During the forum, which was attended by the Egypt–Japan Business Council and 150 Japanese investors, Nasr called on attendees to support the ministry's entrepreneurship initiative “Fekretak Sherketak”.

In a meeting with governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Akira Kondoh, Nasr discussed activating the joint economic partnership agreement between both parties and increasing the finance of the bank to Japanese companies investing in Egypt.
