Egypt's finance ministry auctions T-bills worth EGP 17 bln

The Ministry of Finance auctioned on Sunday treasury bills at a total value of EGP 17 billion.

In an online statement, the ministry said it sold EGP 8.5 billion of 91-day T-bills with an average yield of 18.715%, adding it accepted bids at rates between 18.588 and 18.781%.

It further said that it sold 266-day T-bills at a value of EGP 8.5 billion with an average yield of 19.275%.

It added that it accepted bids at rates ranging between 19.29% and 19.101%.
