Investments in Egypt's construction sector hit LE600B annually
Volume of investments in the Egyptian construction sector reached LE 600 billion annually both from the government and the private sector, according to Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities, Khaled Abbas.
This came during the inauguration of the fourth edition of The Big 5 Construct Egypt exhibition, where the event witnessed the participation of the Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering for the first time this year, hosting five of its subsidiaries: Ramec Misr, Ghosoon, Konooz Misr, Egydrill Misr, Makers (Misr Applied Knowledge Enterprise for Research & Science).
Chief of staff of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, Major General Hesham El Swefy and Engineer Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities officially inaugurated The Big 5 Construct Egypt exhibition, visiting exhibitors and the Authority's pavilion.
