Four Seasons to expand portfolio in Egypt
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is set to open two new luxury hotels in Egypt, as well as add private residences to its existing property in Sharm El Sheikh.
The new openings will be located in the New Administrative Capital in Cairo, and the city of Luxor in southern Egypt.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is expected to open in 2025 within the Madinaty development on 185 hectares of parkland. Designed by Pierre Yves-Rochon, the property will feature 346 rooms and suites, along with 107 villas and 80 residences. The villas will have contemporary design, floor-to-ceiling windows, rooftop gardens limestone finishings and private pools.
