Vodafone completes transfer of its 55% shareholding in Vodafone Egypt to Vodacom

Vodafone has completed the transfer of its 55% shareholding in Vodafone Egypt to Vodacom Group, its African subsidiary.

This transfer simplifies the management of Vodafone’s African assets.
