Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly held a meeting with Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) governor Hassan Abdalla, Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir, and a number of officials to follow up Advance Cargo Information (ACI) system.

Madbouly stressed keenness on efforts to facilitate customs release operations in various Egyptian ports and shorten the release time for imported goods and materials.

In addition, this facilitates trade movement, with continued periodic follow-up by the responsible authorities, in a way that contributes to activating the work of this system.
