ElEzaby Pharmacies opened 40 new branches over the past year
ElEzaby Pharmacies announced the opening of about 40 new branches during the past year, and more branches are planned to open during the year 2023, stemming from the group's keenness to be present permanently and provide its services and facilitate access to them to its customers throughout the Republic, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Dr. Ahmed ElSadaty, Executive Vice President of ElEzaby Pharmacies, confirmed, during a press conference to announce its plan for the year 2023 and the harvest of 2022, that the branches of ElEzaby Pharmacies are currently in 25 governorates with a total of 250 branches, except for the governorates of North Sinai and the New Valley, and ElEzaby Pharmacies are seeking to expand their expansion plan to become in all governorates.
ElSadaty added that ElEzaby Pharmacies rely on the principle of continuous development, and seek to provide more new services to patients and customers, by keeping abreast of technological developments and digital transformation and investing it in facilitating the arrival of products and medicines that customers want quickly and easily anywhere in Egypt.
The Executive Vice President of ElEzaby Pharmacies explained that the company owns a call center, which is the largest in the Middle East for pharmacies, as it includes about 300 pharmacists around the clock, to cover all requests and needs of customers.
Pointing out that the call center has a section for rapid consultations for patients in critical cases, and quick and free consultation from home, where the citizen can communicate with the pharmacist and ask him and obtain medical advice as soon as possible and by the easiest means of communication, which is beneficial to the citizen, especially since the person who consulted medical needs most.
The Executive Vice President of ElEzaby Pharmacies stressed that digital transformation has become a cornerstone of their business map, and this was represented in developing the "application" for ordering medication periodically to comply with technological development.
ElSadaty stressed that the “mobile application” was a quantum leap for them, as the application was downloaded about 1.2 million times, and its rating ranges between 4.7 to 4.8, which confirms the achievement of customer satisfaction with the services provided, and that a new line of “service” will be launched.
