Chemical and Fertilizers Export Council, Tabseer partner to facilitate Egyptian exports to KSA
An agreement between the Chemical and Fertilizers Export Council of Egypt and Tabseer of Saudi Arabia has been initiated with the objective of ensuring easier access for CEC members to the Saudi Arabian market. This deal is part of a broader initiative to help strengthen the business relationships between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As stated by the CEC, this collaboration is a big stride in helping Egyptian firms aiming to simplify their export endeavors. They can utilize the Tabseer platform to conduct tests and acquire the necessary accreditation certificates. In the previous year, exports from Egypt's chemical sector to KSA amounted to nearly $240 million. This new partnership would streamline the process of exporting Egyptian chemical products to the KSA. Emad Eissa, the chairperson of Tabseer, also emphasized the significant role that the 2.5 million-strong Egyptian diaspora in Saudi Arabia plays in promoting Egyptian products in the country.
