Egypt “exporting center” for African countries: Nissan
Egypt is an exporting center for African countries, while South Africa is a source for assembling cars, either fully or semi-dismantled, according to the Managing Director of Nissan Motors Egypt, Mohamed Abdel Samad, stated.
Abdel Samad pointed out that his company collaborates with the Egyptian government in the process of replacing cars older than 20 years, being among the early participants in the initiative and supporting the government's steps in that regard.
This came during the events of the African Automotive Forum, held on the sidelines of the Intra-African Trade Fair hosted by Egypt from November 9 to 15.
