Hungary's President "Katalin Novák" Rides Train from Egypt's Ramses Station to Giza
The President of Hungary Katalin Novák visited on Tuesday Egypt's Ramses Station to inspect the railway cars supplied from Hungary and operating on the lines of the Egyptian railway network.
The President of Hungary was received by the Minister of Transport Kamel Al-Wazir, who welcomed her board one of the trains consisting of air-conditioned third-class cars manufactured in Hungary and supplied to the Egyptian Railways Authority, heading from Egypt's Ramses station to Luxor station.
The train was taken from the Ramses station in Cairo to the Giza station, where these cars are part of the deal for 1,350 new passenger railway cars, the supply of which is being completed through the Hungarian Ganz–MÁVAG Company, which is considered the largest deal in the history of Egyptian railways.
The President of Hungary left from Giza station to complete her visit to Egypt according to the specified schedule.
