Saudi: Red Sea awards Egypt firm Amaala Triple Bay hotel additional contract
The Saudi Arabia subsidiary of a major Egypt-based engineering and construction company has been awarded an additional contract by Red Sea Global for the Marina Hotel in Amaala Triple Bay, a wellness-focused luxury tourism hub located along the kingdom’s Gulf of Aqaba coast.
Under the agreement, Hassan Allam Construction Saudi will expand its initial scope of civil construction works covering a built-up area of 61,128 m2 to now encompass all secondary infrastructure and inground services for the Marina Hotel, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
This includes roads & paving, irrigation network, electrical MV network, ELV/ICT/GSM containment works, as well as all other utilities, alongside external signage and wayfinding installations.
This project comes as part of Hassan Allam Holding’s other ongoing projects in Amaala, which include key hospitality projects, medical wellness resorts, and several luxury hotels that are underway.
These include the Four Seasons Hotel, Rosewood Residence and Hotel, Six Senses Residence and Hotel, and a medical wellness resort also in Triple Bay.
