Egyptian Women’s Museum being established inside NMEC

The President of the National Council for Women, Maya Morsy, announced Sunday that an Egyptian Women’s Museum is being established inside the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, on an area of ​​3,000 square meters.





This comes in implementation of directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi during the celebration honoring Egyptian women in March.


During her chairing of the Council’s regular meeting, Morsy also said that work is currently underway to allocate a headquarters for the Egyptian products exhibition at the Grand Egyptian Museum, for women who are being trained under the National Project for Family Development and the initiative to address the economic drivers of illegal immigration.
