Banks, Stock Exchange Resume Work Sunday

Banks operating in the Egyptian market and the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) will resume their activities starting Sunday, after the end of the Eid Al-Adha holiday and the regular weekly holiday.

Sources at the Central Bank of Egypt and the Egyptian Stock Exchange said in statements that the banks and stock exchange will return to work starting Sunday at their normal opening hours.

Bank working hours begin after the end of the Eid Al-Adha holiday at 9 am for banks until 2 pm.

As for the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the main market trading session begins from 10 am until 2:30 pm.
