EGP 350bn invested into New Alamein’s development
The Egyptian government has invested around EGP 250 billion into the development of the New Alamein City, with an additional estimated investment of about EGP 100 billion from the private sector.
Some of the most recent developments from the coastal city include the completion of around 70% of the towers in the Latin Quarter, as well as the construction of the Sakan Egypt neighbourhood complex, which now houses around 3,500 families.
