Egypt's growing attraction for hotel groups
Hilton is set to introduce the Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Zayed, in partnership with Mardev Developments, adding to its growing portfolio in Egypt. Scheduled to open in 2028, this hotel will offer accommodations in West Cairo. Situated in a mixed-use development near lifestyle and retail outlets, the hotel is located close to Sphinx International Airport, providing easy access to Cairo's historical landmarks.

The Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Zayed will feature 179 guest rooms and suites, four meeting rooms, an equipped fitness center, and an outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy a diverse culinary experience with dining options including an all-day restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop bar.

This expansion is part of Hilton's strategic growth in Egypt, where the company currently operates 14 hotels and has 20 more under development, including the upcoming Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi.
Radisson's Entry into Cairo
Radisson Hotel Group has also made an entry into Egypt with the opening of Radisson Residences, Cairo Heliopolis. Located in the heart of the Heliopolis district, this is the first Radisson Residences in Cairo. The property serves as a gateway to exploring Cairo's ancient wonders, such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Cairo.
Radisson Residences, Cairo Heliopolis offers 163 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, each equipped with a kitchenette and a separate living area. The property features 65 apartments with balconies, 20 of which provide pool views. Amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and valet parking. Dining options at the site include the MIX Restaurant, Cairo Bar, and Sky Pool Bar.
